The English Gardening School has always been more than a place to study. It is a community of gardeners, designers and horticulturalists connected by a shared passion for exceptional gardens and a commitment to lifelong learning.
Many of our students return to the School throughout their careers, to deepen their horticultural knowledge, refine their design practice, explore new areas of interest, or simply reconnect with fellow alumni and tutors. Whether you’re taking your first steps into gardening or establishing a professional practice, we’re here to support your continued development.

If you have completed either of our diploma courses:

Good Gardening Diploma
Essential Garden Design Diploma

You’ll receive 10% off all other EGS courses, including our diplomas, short courses, and seasonal garden tours.

Progression discounts

If you have completed Gardening for Beginners, you’ll receive 5% off the Good Gardening Diploma.
If you have completed Introduction to Garden Design, you’ll receive 5% off the Essential Garden Design Diploma.

Distance Learning progression

If you transition from Distance Learning Caring for your Garden to the One Year Good Gardening Diploma, you’ll receive a discount equivalent to the cost of the Distance Learning course.
If you transition from Distance Learning Garden Design to the Essential Garden Design Diploma, you’ll receive a discount equivalent to the cost of the Distance Learning course.
